"Historically our exhibition stand was of a traditional design - open at the front to let as many people
onto the stand as possible, with graphics that supported our brand communication.
The problem we had was that the stand would always be busy but not necessarily with the prospects we
needed to speak to.
We had too many information gatherers and not enough serious prospects. Tga and our strategy team worked with us to identify a proposition that would closely target our prospects. A theme for the stand was designed, and the strategy was implemented by key personnel.
It was totally different to what we had been used to but the results were outstanding with 4 times the normal number of quality follow up leads."
